I can’t believe how insightful this book is. Everyone who is interested in wealth building should read it now. I wish I would have read it last year, although I think it just came out recently. I love this camera. I took it out to the beach yesterday and here are the images. I’ll post a video too. The whole time I was right in the waves where the water was splashing up. I wouldn’t submerge it, but most of what I do on vacation (fishing, kayaking, swimming near a beach, lake or river) does not involve camera submersion. When I opened the camera to download this morning everything went great. Here are the results.

Here is the first photo gallery of my newest property. We are still cleaning it up and hope to be complete soon.

This one is probably in the worst shape of any property I’ve ever purchased. I like to buy ones that need to be fixed up because the price is typically lower. But of course that means months in cleanup and it can be expensive to fix up.

Its kind of wild to me that many of the older turn of the century properties have two front doors, too. Like two front doors right next to each other, not even on other sides of the porch. Someone once told me that investors made these old homes into multi family rentals in the 60s or 70s and that is why there are two front entries. I really don’t know, except that it can make it hard to arrange furniture on the inside.

Brennan is a cool kid and a senior this year. We had a blast at his senior session! He’s a great track runner and so I got a quick education about recreation running. Thanks for the tips!!    This is shot with the new Fuji Z33 WP point and shoot camera. I’ve been trying it out over the last few weeks. The cool thing is that “WP” stands for Water Proof. I picked  up this camera on the way to Mexico last month. Its the perfect point and shoot for beach side or pool side this summer. It sports a 10 megapixel sensor although I never use that large of a file size. This is my 3rd Fuji point and shoot camera over the years. You see a few years ago I wanted a point and shoot to take on vacation, fishing or mountain biking. While I love my pro gear I really like that the point and shoot fits in your pocket for that moment with your spouse (get your head out of the gutter) like above, scenic sunset or huge fish that always pops up when you don’t have a camera. Its great on automatic but the manual  mode along with exposure compensation you can field many tricky lighting situations.
